A burglary occurred on August 29 around 1:30 am at a residence located near the intersection of Hinze Rural Rd and Massey-Hisaw Rd. The occupant was home at the time but did not awaken during the burglary.
Perpetrators entered through the back door of the residence and stole prescription drugs and three guns.
After investigation, the Sheriff's Office made 2 arrests on Monday - an 18 year old male and a 23 year old male. Their names have not been released but they are currently in custody in the Winston Choctaw County Regional Correctional Facility. Bond is to be set today (Wednesday).
