Searching for Owner of Lost/Stolen Camera

OWNER HAS BEEN LOCATED!! THANK YOU  

Olive Branch Law Enforcement advised the Winston County Sheriff's Office that a camera and some softball equipment had recently been recovered in the Olive Branch area.  Officials believe these items had been stolen and are looking for information and the rightful owners.

Photos on the camera and other information indicate that the owner may have a connection to Winston County, Louisville or Winston Academy. If you have lost or had a camera stolen in the last few months, please contact the Winston County Sheriff's Office for more information at 662-773-5881.

Sheriff Jason Pugh's NRA Handgun Class

Back by popular demand, the Winston County Sheriff's Office along with the Citizen's Advisory Board and the Board of County Supervisors will be sponsoring another NRA Handgun Class on Saturday, June 20.  Class size is limited to 25.
Instructors will be Jonathan Peeples and David McCool,Certified Instructors along with Sheriff, Jason Pugh and Chief Deputy, Keith Alexander from Sheriff Department.  Cost is $80 - this covers NRA booklet, targets, refreshment, etc.

Class begins at 8:00 am at the Winston County Annex Building for classroom instruction. Lunch is on your own and afternoon training will be at the Winston/Choctaw Correctional Facility shooting range for live shooting of 70 rounds.

Sheriff's Office Participates in Safety Town

Thanks to the Louisville Pilot Club for allowing us to participate in Safety Town over the weekend. We had a great time, especially Cade, our K-9 officer. Great program!!
